Frequently Asked Questions

How will you find potential buyers/renters for my property?

We use our vast network of colleagues locally, out of state and abroad to give your property the exposure it needs to get the best buyer or renter for your property.

Do I need a real estate lawyer as well?

In the state of Colorado, you do not need a REALTOR and an attorney to purchase or sell a property.  You want to work with a REALTOR as they have the expertise and resources to ensure a smooth transaction for your purchase or sale.

What percentage of the final home sale price do you charge?

The commission for our services depends on the level of services you select for our listing and marketing services.  We do not keep all of the commission paid.  The Buyer's Agent is also paid a commission and the percentage they earn is part of the overall total commission paid to get your property sold.  We also have to pay the primary broker a percentage, and we have to cover our marketing costs that always include professional photography, vritual tour (slide show), quality marketing brochures, and may include professional Home Staging Services and Cleaning Services.

How do we find potential properties to buy?

We have access to the most current active properties on the market and when you are ready to see them in person, we will schedule showings and accompany you to the properties to help evaluate them with you.
